Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To facilitate a prompt resolution, customers may be required to provide photographs or videos showing the issue.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Exchange Policy
